This page provides you with links to other sites that are relevant to the work of our community council or to the Knockbain CC communities.
Various groups and clubs also meet weekly in both North Kessock and Munlochy villages. We will show details of special events and talks in our Community Calendar. Details of regular meetings are availabe from the links below, the local venue booking calendars and social media pages (see the Calendar page for more information). Other groups meet at the Primary Schools, North Kessock Bowling Club the North Kessock Ticket Office and local churches. If you can't find the group or activity you are looking for please contact us and we may be able to find someone who knows.
Groups include: Toddlers groups, Playgroups, Cubs & Beavers (for boys and gorls),Women's Institute, Mens Shed, Local History, Games clubs, Bowls, Badminton, Highland Dancing, Yoga, Keep Fit, Judo ... and more.
We also have lots of volunteering opportunities in the area if you would like to become more involved wih your community. They incude:

For all Parent Forum members in supporting the Parent Council of North Kessock Primary assist the Staff in creating positive opportunities for all pupils
Tell the story of our community through monthly meetings, exhibitions, booklets, our website and a newsletter distributed to members during the summer break.
An informal social group meeting every Wednesday at North Kessock Ticket Office from 2pm to 4pm for indoor games (carpet bowls, board games etc).
Club nights Tuesday and Friday each week from 7.15pm, at the cub-house on Ferry Brae.
Meets every Monday morning from 9:30am - 11:00am at North Kessock Village Hall during term time.

Project to upgrade old ferry ticket office for community use
An association of volunteers from the North Kessock and the surrounding area formed to bring about improvements to the village, both physically and socially, in conjunction with the other village community groups.
Supporting sustainable and resilient communities
Run by volunteers to work in partnership with NHS Highland and Highland Home Carers to improve care at home services for adults with health and social cafe needs
A car sharing scheme coordinated by Rosshire Voluntary Action. Volunteer drivers provide lifts to clients within the Black Isle area.
